Rubbout heartily welcomes and encourages first-timers to our event and newcomers to rubber.

 

What if I Don't Have any Rubber?

If you don't have any rubber/latex to wear, we recommend borrowing some from a friend or buying some at the Rubbout Gear Swap.  Some of our sponsors also sell rubber/latex gear.

 

Except for the Rubber Play Party, none of the Rubbout events have a dress code; you may attend them without wearing everyday clothes. Of course, we encourage everyone to wear rubber/latex if possible, but come anyway even if you don't have any. In a pinch, you may also substitute other sexy, fetish wear such as leather, etc. For examples of what to wear, see the dress code for Fetish Week London.

 

What if I Don't Know Anybody?

We are a very welcoming and friendly group of men. At some point, we didn't know anybody in the rubber community either. Please introduce yourself to us, the organizers, so that we can introduce you to others. Another approach is to volunteer for the event so that you can meet others. If you put some effort into it, you are sure to have more friends at the end of the weekend than you did at the start.
